If you are serious about learning how to get your body in shape and want a trainer, then I highly recommend Neli. I learned in my 20s the need to learn how to use weights properly. I found that in a gym with true bodybuilders. I am not a bodybuilder, but love working with weights. Neli was an Olympian and now a professional bodybuilder. Her incredible drive and long term knowledge of getting her body in shape to compete helps me with my fitness. Do not let her muscles scare you, especially women! You will get good muscles and fitness working with her, but to LOOK like her takes WAY MORE TRAINING than 3 times a week. Unless you want to be a bodybuilder, and then she can train you to do that too. It is a different lifestyle and for those who want to compete. She can make you fit, make you strong, and make you learn what your body is capable of. She has incredible drive and dedication to herself and to US, the people she trains! You will not look like a bodybuilder unless you take that path. Otherwise, you will gain a great body if you follow her direction. She can help with nutrition as well as exercise. I never feel intimidated by her. She is kind but firm on what is needed. She can keep it at a level of us mere mortals. At age 61, not looking to be a bodybuilder, but looking younger and stronger than my age. I am more than willing to talk with folks about my experience. So if you are really ready to get in shape, Neli is the one for you.

They don’t joke when they say they are champions training champions! Every time I train with them they push me to be my best. When I feel like I can’t do it, they make it so I can.
